Some people aren’t even aware of what their inner desires are because generally people don’t allow themselves to dream big.
It’s unfortunate that the “oh, that’s never going to happen” attitude often prevails. As a leader, it is your responsibility to coach each team member to find that inner goal. Their personal inner goal!

A True Direct Sales Story:

There was a woman who had a dream for her 14-year old daughter to become the first person in her family to attend college.

Money was tight.

The cost of tuition and books is very expensive and she doesn’t have the money now.

If she starts saving the little bit she can afford at this time, she still wouldn’t have enough money saved by the time her daughter graduates from high school.
Listening to her talk about this dream, I sensed her strong desire for her dream to come true as well as her defeating thoughts and words.
