Questions Used To Form Partnerships

  • Can you define your culture so that you can bring people into your organization that will fit culturally?
  • Do know if you have the right people in the right positions in your organization now?
  • Do you truly know who the achievers are in your organization?
  • Do you know what attributes are most important to measure in the individual team members to maximize overall success?
  • Do you measure and bonus your team based on things they can control?
  • Does the team fully understand how their role and function impacts the overall performance of the company?
  • What is your retention?
