Catherine joined DSWA with a desire to introduce coaching as a culture to organizations who wish to distinguish themselves as values-driven work places to attract and retain high producing employees, loyal customers and achieve new levels of success.
James Pereira started his career in direct selling in 1986. He spent 22 years in sales, marketing and operations in the pharmaceutical industry building successful Divisions by developing his staff’s sales skills and leadership skills. After graduating with an MBA from Strathclyde University in 1995. James was a life and business coach with T.Harv Eker’s Reasons or Results Worldwide coaching clients in Asia. James is a Harvard Business Review Advisory Panel Member and is an Amazon Best Selling Author of, “Profitable BizQuotes for Entrepreneurs: 366 Inspiring, Challenging & Motivating Quotes to Boost Your Business Performance.” As a DSWA Certified Coach & Trainer, James brings his experience working with multi-cultural teams and focuses on Direct Selling and B2B Sales organizations to boost revenues by building their people skills.
Linda is a graduate of the DSWA Coach Excellence® Certification program and is a Certified Trainer. As a coach Linda views herself as a partner with her clients, with an eye to helping them fulfill their personal and professional goals. Coaching with Linda helps you discover your abundant wisdom.
Natalie has significant direct sales experience, having built a successful team as a field leader and serving in several corporate roles. She has expertise in leadership development, team building and strategy. She is known for her empathy and compassion as a coach, and her humor and quick wit make her an engaging trainer and presenter.
Nearly 35 years ago Susanne took a leap of faith and joined a new Direct Selling Company in Canada, Mary Kay Cosmetics, and achieved the company’s top position of National Sales Director.
As a motivational speaker and trainer Susanne has addressed and trained large groups in and outside of her own company. She now is a DSWA Certified Trainer for all of DSWA’s Coach Excellence® School and training courses. Susanne is very excited to be able to support all those in the Direct Selling world.
