James Pereira started his career in direct selling in 1986. He spent 22 years in sales, marketing and operations in the pharmaceutical industry building successful Divisions by developing his staff’s sales skills and leadership skills.

John Hackett, Ed.D.

John is an accomplished and experienced coach, trainer, and leader in a variety of nonprofit and direct sales settings. John has 45 years of professional experience serving as professor, licensed counselor, and high school administrator, as well as a university administrator.

Mike has a wealth of experience in serving others. At the outset of his career, Mike worked for more than 13 years in higher education serving in various administrative and advisory roles. Within these roles Mike utilized and built upon his personal strengths of training, advising, mentoring and leadership. As rewarding as this was, Mike was unsettled and felt there was more to his vocation and calling. Purpose, passion, a sense of direction and a life of significance and impact were the things Mike desired most, but felt were always just outside his reach.

For two decades Ryan lived his dream of being a teacher, a coach, and an administrator in private/parochial schools in Texas and in Michigan. In so many ways, working with children has been the most rewarding work he’s done. His goals are to transfer that inquisitive and energetic disposition to his training and coaching. Ryan is seen as a leader by his colleagues in both the educational and the leadership environment. His passions are serving organizations and leaders through vision planning, goal setting, and working together to achieve at a high level.

Nearly 35 years ago Susanne took a leap of faith and joined a new Direct Selling Company in Canada, Mary Kay Cosmetics, and achieved the company’s top position of National Sales Director. As a motivational speaker and trainer Susanne has addressed and trained large groups in and outside of her own company.
