What can I expect at Coach School Certification?

What growth have you experienced in your business and relationships since attending the DSWA Coach Excellence School®? What if your relationships with family, prospects, and team members could be significantly enriched? What if you are wanting to grow your existing business exponentially by further developing your coaching skills? What if you are at a stage in your career where you are looking for a retirement plan that keeps you connected with people and the profession?

The Certification program is for those interested in improving as a coach for your team. You may wish to coach executives inside and outside the direct selling profession, Independent sales people, and leaders. You will learn how to offer business coaching services and be compensated as a professional coach.

Note: Advanced Coach School (Level 2) is a pre-requisite for attending Certification.

Curriculum

You will further develop your coaching competencies with the following curriculum:

• • Coaching Using Intuition
  • Coaching Presence
  • Helping the Client Get Unstuck
  • Coaching using SWOT Analysis
  • Questioning with Well-Formed Outcomes
  • Using Professional Coaching Forms (provided)
  • Discovery Coaching Sessions with Results
  • Three Proficiency Assessments with a DSWA faculty member:
    • Heart-Centered Listening® Proficiency
    • Paradigms Proficiency
    • Challenging Proficiency

During the event, Students engage in individual and small group role and real play to implement Advanced Coaching techniques using real or realistic coaching scenarios.  Students are then observed by Faculty to ensure they’ve mastered each area. Post-event requirements consist of group coaching hours, mentor coaching and a brief open-ended essay.

After the event, you receive:

• Six months of Group Coaching Calls (4 total required).
  A single Group Coaching session is regularly priced between $75-$150.
• Two One-Hour, One-on-One Mentor Coaching Calls (required).
  You will be paired with one of our Coach School Faculty who will mentor you on how to grow your existing business through higher level coaching or how to become a professional coach.
• Opportunity to have an essay published on dswa.org
• Certificate of Completion.
• DSWA Certification Seal (electronic).

Note: All Group Coaching hours and Mentor coaching hours are logged and can be used toward the ICF (International Coach Federation) Accreditation in Coaching.
