However, at the DSWA we value and teach it as understanding the behaviors of others, not personalities. You learn the value of interacting with people in a style that is best for them. Throughout the program, you will be made aware of the difference in working with each behavior style.

Interacting and role playing with others students in studying this language make each webinar more meaningful in learning how to coach. Many different scenarios are presented in helping coaches understand how people want to be treated.
