Neil Phillips, Ph.D., ACC

Dr. Phillips has been coaching since 1974.  With a doctorate in Speech Communication and Human Relations from the University of Kansas, he held a tenured professorship at the University of Northern Iowa.  He left education to join his wife in the direct selling profession where they grew a large and successful distributorship through expert coaching, training, and leadership development.  When they sold their business in 2003, their distributorship was recognized as number four in the United States and number sixteen in the world. Neil has experienced all aspects of direct selling, including a career as a corporate executive.

Neil is a trained Franklin Covey Coach and is a certified DiSC trainer.  He holds coach credentials from the Marshall Goldsmith Behavioral Coaching, the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and the International Coach Federation. 

Currently he serves as DSWA’s Director of DSWA’s Coach Excellence program.

Kimberley Borgens, CBC                        

Kimberley has been a successful business owner for more than 20 years where she encourages, coaches and mentors many employees and clients.  As a producer/facilitator at a top level character development company, she has many years of experience coaching and mentoring key business leaders from a variety of industries.  She brings direct selling experience as well as coaching acumen.  She is a Certified Direct Selling Coach known as the “Accountability Coach”.

Kimberley is an author and frequent contributor to DSWAcoachingcenter.com.  Her mission is to inspire, empower and educate entrepreneurs to step through their fears, be accountable in their life and create their goals to live the life style they desire.

Dana Phillips, ACC .

Dana brings unique coaching and direct selling experience to the Coach Excellence Faculty. She partnered with her husband to build an outstanding direct selling organization in a large global company.  Prior to joining the DSWA team September, 2007, she served as Director of Training in a multi-million dollar network marketing company, which broadened her understanding of the similarities and differences in party plan and network marketing.

Dana is trained as a Franklin Covey Coach and is a certified DiSC trainer.  She holds coach credentials from the International Coach Federation and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.

Mark Semple, CCC

Mark Semple is a Certified Comprehensive Coach and a member of the Coaching Institute. As the spouse & dedicated supporter of a full-time Direct Seller, Mark brings unique perspective & insights to the Direct Sales profession.  

Mark is a contributing author to In Her Power and the best-selling More Build It Big. He is a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and participates in the coaching for DSWA's industry-leading ELITE Leadership Course.
