How do I earn Rich Rewards?
	To earn Rich Rewards, visitors must enter the DSWA website to either join as a member or purchase DSWA produced products, using your unique Affiliate link. Any transaction they make without using your affiliate link to enter the site cannot be tracked by our system and therefore credit cannot be given.
How do I know how many Rich Rewards I've earned?
	To find out how many Rich Rewards you have earned, simply go to the Member Home Page, where you will find a link on the right “Affiliate Resource Center.” This button will take you to a login page that will allow you to login and click on “My Ledger” to see how many Rich Rewars you have earned as a result of sharing your Affiliate links with your direct selling friends.
Where can I find my unique affiliate links to share with my friends?
	Simply go to the Member Home Page, where you will find a link on the right “Affiliate Resource Center.” This button will take you to a login page that will allow you to login and click on “Link Generator” to see a list of Your Tracking Links. You will notice that you have five unique affiliate links. Each of these links sends visitors to a different page on the DSWA website and tracks their activity from then on. What if a friend joins or purchases without using my unique link?
	Because of the volume of activity on our web site we are no longer able to track referral credit manually. That is why we designed this state-of-the-art automated referral system which will automate the tracking of referral rewards earned by our member. We are unable to turn back time and credit you for a new member or DSWA product purchase that has been made without using your unique affiliate link.
Are the Rich Rewards transferable?
	Rich Rewards are not transferable to any other member or non-member, nor do they have any cash value.
Do Rich Rewards Ever Expire?
	The Rich Reward Referral Program enables you to accumulate rewards during each calendar year. Accumulated points must be redeemed by December 31st of each year. A new Referral Rewards program will begin on January 1st of the following year.
How do I redeem my prizes, using my Rich Rewards?
	You can redeem your Rich Reward Points for membership fees, event registrations or any of the prizes listed on the Win Free Stuff page. Simply send an email to memberservice@dswa.orgincluding the following information: 1. Your Name: 2. The amount of Rich Rewards you have accumulated: 3. The Prize you would like to receive: 4. Your remaining number of Rich Rewards: 5. Where you would like the item to be shipped: Your request will be verified and processed within 2 working days. Please expect 2 weeks for delivery of your Rich Rewards Prize.

To get your unique links or check the status of your Affiliate Rewards, go to the Member Home Page.

Click on the “Affiliate Resouce Center” link on the right side of the Member Welcome page and proceed. There you can login to find a summary of the Rich Rewards you have earned and your tracking links.
