An Area Chapter starts with 5 DSWA Members committed to founding and establishing a regular DSWA Meeting in their area providing a venue of mutual support and professional development.

Will we get help?
The DSWA offers monthly calls to the Circle Organizers and Chapter Presidents to brainstorm, support, and network.

Each Chapter and Success Circle operates under the guidance of the DSWA Chapter Director and is required to adhere strictly to the DSWA's Meeting Code of Ethics, which prohibits cross recruiting of any kind before, during or after any DSWA function.
The penalty for violating the Meeting Code of Ethics is immediate termination of their DSWA membership and an inability to participate in any DSWA function in the future.
The DSWA is proud to share that there have been no reports of any cross recruiting violation.
